Whistleblower Policy

This Whistleblower Policy provides a channel for individuals to report concerns regarding unethical behavior or illegal practices without fear of retaliation.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, students, and associates of KSR Datavizon. It covers serious concerns that could have a significant impact on KSR Datavizon, including:

  • Financial malpractice, fraud, or bribery.
  • Failure to comply with legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
  • Dangers to health and safety or the environment.
  • Academic dishonesty or unethical training practices.
  • Deliberate attempts to conceal any of the above.

2. Reporting Concerns

We encourage individuals to report concerns as soon as possible. Reports can be submitted in writing or by email:

  • Internal Reporting: Staff and students may report concerns directly to their team lead, manager, or center head.
  • Confidential Email: Concerns can also be emailed to our compliance desk at compliance@datavizon.com.
To assist in the investigation, reports should be as specific as possible, including names, dates, places, and any supporting documentation.

3. Protection Against Retaliation

We are committed to ensuring that no whistleblower suffers any detrimental treatment or retaliation for raising a concern in good faith. Detrimental treatment includes dismissal, disciplinary action, harassment, or any form of discrimination.

4. Confidentiality

We will make every effort to keep the whistleblower's identity confidential. However, it must be appreciated that the investigation process may reveal the source of the information, and a statement by the whistleblower may be required as part of the evidence.

5. Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report, we will carry out an initial assessment to determine whether an investigation is appropriate. The investigation will be conducted thoroughly, objectively, and in a timely manner. The whistleblower will be informed of the progress of the investigation and the outcome, subject to legal constraints.
